Core strengthening is the basic fundamental training that you will learn at CSMF. Core is incorporated in all the movements we perform in our daily lives aiding us in developing better posture and moving more freely with reduced incidence of injury and pain.
Currently, private and semi-private Pilate’s sessions are offered utilizing the reformer and/or mat exercise. All Pilates clientele will take the basic fundamentals Pilate’s classes.
Pilate’s group classes will be added to our program in the near future.

Cross Training/Personal training:
A combination of cardiovascular, resistance exercises and stretching are created in a personalized program to fit your individual needs and goals.
Swedish, deep tissue, therapeutic, neuromuscular, trigger point, reflexology and hot stone massage are offered at Core Synergy Massage and Fitness. Your sessions are customized to fit a your individual needs and goals.
